How to appeal a Transport for London parking fine (PCN)

Where to find the evidence
Open the Transport for London evidence portal →
View your PCN and its CCTV/photo evidence on the TfL site using your PCN number, then download the stills. Ask TfL for the full unedited footage, not just the stills.
Watch out for
- Red-route parking-bay contraventions are not enforceable on CCTV / approved-device evidence alone — only by a civil enforcement officer. If your PCN was camera-issued for a bay contravention, challenge it on that basis and request the full footage.
