What to include in your message
To help us resolve your issue quickly:
- The email address registered to your FineBeater account.
- Your case reference or PCN number, if relevant.
- A brief description of the issue — what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Any error messages you saw (screenshots welcome).
Billing and refunds
For billing questions or to request a review of an exceptional refund case, email the address above with the subject line "Billing query" and your Stripe payment reference if you have it. We review all refund requests within 5 working days.
Account deletion
To delete your account and associated data, email the address above with the subject line "Account deletion request". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.
